Kakobuy QC Checklist

QC is the warehouse review step after an item arrives and before international shipping. Use this page to decide whether a find is ready to ship, needs more photos, or should be exchanged.

QC workflow

What to confirm before shipping

Agent platforms typically place QC around warehouse inspection and after-sales decisions, so the useful checklist is practical: verify the real item, compare measurements, and catch obvious defects while the item can still be handled.

01

Confirm the item

Match color, size, model, logo position, tags, and included accessories against the product listing.

02

Check measurements

For clothing, compare chest, length, shoulder, waist, or inseam. For shoes, request or review insole length when fit risk is high.

03

Inspect flaws

Look for stains, glue marks, crooked stitching, print alignment, scratched hardware, crushed shape, and packaging damage.

04

Decide the action

Ship if the item passes, request extra photos if the view is unclear, or exchange before international shipping when a problem is visible.

CategoryQC photos should showCommon issue to catch
ShoesOuter side, inner side, heel, toe box, outsole, label, insole lengthWrong shape, uneven panels, glue, bad heel tab, size mismatch
HoodiesFront, back, tag, print close-up, cuffs, hem, shoulder and chest measurementsPrint placement, fabric weight, shrink-prone fit, crooked embroidery
AccessoriesHardware, logo, stitching, strap, zipper, inside label, included partsScratched metal, weak zipper, off-center logo, missing accessories
ElectronicsBox, model label, included accessories, exterior conditionWrong model, missing cable, damaged packaging, unclear compatibility

When to request extra QC photos

Ask for more photos when the first set does not show the risky part of the item. Shoes often need insole measurements and heel shape. Hoodies need measurements and print close-ups. Bags and belts need hardware, zipper, strap, and edge details.

How this connects to the spreadsheet

The Kakobuy spreadsheet should help users find items, but QC is where the listing turns into a real purchase decision. KakoRadar keeps QC as its own route because people often search for QC photos, warehouse checks, and shipping decisions separately from product categories.
