Shipping guide

Kakobuy Shipping Guide

A focused guide for the warehouse stage: review QC photos, request extra checks, choose ship, exchange, return, or skip, then prepare the parcel with fewer surprises.

1. Check warehouse QC before shipping

QC photos should confirm the exact item in hand: front, back, tags, close-up details, measurements, packaging, and any visible flaws. Use the Kakobuy QC checklist when comparing warehouse photos against the original listing.

2. Ask for extra photos when the risk is unclear

Request extra photos before international shipping if the color, size, logo placement, sole shape, zipper, hardware, print, or included accessories are hard to judge. Shoes often need insole and heel shots; hoodies need print close-ups and measurements.

3. Choose ship, exchange, return, or skip

Ship only when the item matches the order and the QC risk is acceptable. If the size is wrong, a flaw is visible, or the product shape looks materially different, request an exchange or return before it becomes an international shipping problem.

4. Build the parcel around weight and urgency

Group items by season, weight, and urgency. Heavy shoes and thick hoodies can change the shipping cost quickly, while accessories can fill a parcel efficiently if they pass QC.

5. Recheck links and policies before submitting

Product availability, seller rules, return windows, shipping lines, and service fees can change. Recheck the current platform policy before submitting a parcel, especially for expensive or time-sensitive finds.
